T-Technics B.V. (with Chamber of Commerce number: 06059919) located at Industriestraat 24, (7482 EZ) Haaksbergen, hereinafter referred to as T-Technics B.V., is responsible for the processing of data as intended and mentioned in this privacy statement.
T-Technics B.V. is engaged in manufacturing, assembling, as well as the buying and selling of mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic or gas springs. This is to provide the desired products and quantities to its customers based on purchase agreements. To process these agreements, it is necessary for T-Technics B.V. to process (personal) data.
The processed data may relate to orders and/or companies, but may also involve data based on which individuals can be identified. This may include name and address details, delivery addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, bank account numbers, and payment details.
Without this information, the correct order information cannot be linked to the correct customer account and contact information, making it impossible for T-Technics B.V. to fulfill the agreements properly.
Regarding marketing activities, the programs Google Analytics and Google Adwords are used. Data is also processed through these programs due to the legitimate interest that T-Technics B.V. has in this processing. These programs allow T-Technics B.V. to research how (potential) customers can be approached with existing or new products.
Without the use of these programs, it is not feasible for T-Technics B.V. to conduct market research and reach out to existing and new customers.
When does T-Technics B.V. obtain the (personal) data
T-Technics B.V. obtains this data when a (new) relation contacts them, whether or not through the website of T-Technics B.V., and provides data.
Where necessary, this data will be processed by T-Technics B.V.
Google Analytics
For marketing purposes, T-Technics B.V. uses Google Analytics and Google Adwords. This allows T-Technics B.V. to conduct market research to some extent.

Through our website, cookies are placed by the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and obtain reports on how visitors use the website. How long are (personal) data retained by T-Technics B.V.
In accordance with tax legislation, T-Technics B.V. is obliged to retain data related to orders for 7 years.
(Personal) data obtained in relation to a specific customer account are retained by T-Technics B.V. until the customer relationship is explicitly terminated by the customer. T-Technics B.V. considers it important for targeted and customer-oriented services to retain this data for this period. After termination of the customer relationship, the (personal) data will be deleted from T-Technics B.V.’s systems within 12 months or adjusted in such a way that the data can no longer be traced back to a specific natural person.
Data obtained through the use of Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords will be deleted no later than 50 months after receipt. T-Technics B.V. considers this period reasonable, as it needs this time to act on the outcome of market research and adjust the product range and policies accordingly.
(Personal) data not related to any of the above options will be deleted or adjusted within 2 months of receipt, so that the data can no longer be traced back to a specific natural person.
With whom does T-Technics B.V. share the data
For proper service and business operations, T-Technics B.V. is required to engage third parties
Regarding business operations
T-Technics B.V. uses the services and products of third parties. In addition to using accounting software and an external accountant, T-Technics B.V. engages a party that provides hosting and maintenance services for the website. Internally, T-Technics B.V. uses Office 365 and similar programs for internal and external correspondence and planning.
These parties have (limited) access to the data of T-Technics B.V.’s relations. T-Technics B.V. enters into data processing agreements with these parties to regulate the protection and use of this data.
Regarding services
With regard to the services provided by T-Technics B.V., external parties are regularly used to facilitate the handling of agreements.
This could include external transporters who are engaged to deliver the orders. The necessary data is provided to these partners to ensure proper execution of the agreement. Data processing agreements are also entered into with these parties to regulate the protection and use of relationship data.
Other third parties
Without the consent of the relation of T-Technics B.V., data is not shared with other third parties. The only exception to this is if T-Technics B.V. is required to do so under a legal provision.
Storage in EEA
The data is stored in the EU so that sharing the data with a country outside the EU is not necessary. An exception to this is the data stored by Google on one of its servers in a country outside the EU. For this, T-Technics B.V. enters into a data processing agreement with Google.
Without being required to do so under a legal provision, data will not be shared with (companies located in) a country outside the EU.
Data Security
T-Technics B.V. takes organizational and technical measures to secure (personal) data. For example, security measures are taken with the hosting party to secure the data received after using the webshop, and a good firewall and antivirus software are used. Where possible, two-factor authentication is used to further secure the login.
Third-party websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites connected to T-Technics B.V. through links (or otherwise). T-Technics B.V. cannot guarantee that these parties handle (personal) data in the desired manner. It is advised to consult the privacy statement of these third parties if desired to find out how they handle data.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have various rights regarding your personal data. These rights are outlined below. You have the right to access the data that T-Technics B.V. has about you.
