The tolerances in pressure apply to T-Technics and Airax gas springs. The gas spring can be filled to the desired pressure upon customer request, within the specific gas spring’s applicable lower and upper limits. There is a certain tolerance on the pressure (F1) with which the gas spring is filled, as follows:

• F1 = 20N to 50N tol. = +/-10N
• F1 = 50N to 250N tol. = +/-20N
• F1 = 250N to 750N tol. = +/-30N
• F1 = 750N to 1500N tol. = +/-50N
• F1 = 1500N to 2500N tol. = +/-100N
• F1 = 2500N and above tol. = +/-250N

Filling tolerance up to +/- 5 Newton (N) is available upon request for a small additional cost.

The tolerances on the length dimensions apply to T-Technics and Airax gas springs. The tolerances on length dimensions are +/-2 mm.
